Down but not out, Stouffville runner makes OFSAA

Alycia Holt ran to a seventh-place finish in the 3,000 metre midget girls’ race at the York Region Athletic Association cross country championships at the Boyd Conservation Area in Woodbridge Thursday.
While the Grade 9 Stouffville District Secondary School student did not claim a medal, her effort earned her a ticket to the Ontario Federation of School Athletic Associations championships in Brampton Nov. 3.
